Who actually does the work, a person or AI?
Both, and the division is deliberate. Robin Bucciarelli is the sole principal: he takes the brief, judges every result, and decides what is good enough to ship. The AI agents are his co-workers — they draft, prototype, and build variants at a pace no human team could match. They are partners in the craft. They are not the judgment. Nothing reaches you that Robin has not examined first.
What if AI is not the answer to our problem?
Then the Diagnostic says so, in writing. Temu is not paid to reach a predetermined conclusion. If your problem is better solved without AI, that finding is the deliverable — and it is worth paying for.
How long does it take, and how soon can we start?
The Diagnostic is one working session, sometimes two. What follows is a written document: what fits your situation, what it costs, what to do next. What does an engagement cost?

Do we need our own technical team?
No. Temu delivers end to end — diagnosis, architecture, and the build itself. Where you already have an internal team, Temu works alongside it and hands over cleanly. Where you do not, nothing is missing.
Are you related to the Temu online marketplace?
No. Temu AG is a Swiss company registered in Zurich, working in AI consulting and digital engineering. It has no connection to temu.com or to its operators.
